Scalp massage

Burnout prevention: an early morning shower with a good scalp massage followed by vigorously drying my hair with a towel, then carrying the sensation of an enliven head throughout breakfast, and remembering it later during a busy 12-hour workday. Scalp acupuncture is very effective for central nervous system issues such as paralysis from stroke. And a scalp massage is a great stimulation for our entire system. It feels good to mess up your hair!

Gardening

Burnout prevention: I spent yesterday evening in the garden. Long overdue clean up and de-cluttering. Green feels good! Now it's easier to get back to my long list of projects, some of them being overdue or embarrassingly late. Oh well... Each job done feels good!
